Problem: Brava must close all its lingerie stores in Melbourne bacause of lockdown. Brava’s unique point of difference is its personalized customer fitting service for women D cup&up. Since it cannot provide this service in store, Brava seeks to promote it Virtual Fitter,bra fitting service.

 

Challenge: now Brava is only able to offer fitting help by live chat,phone calls,the award-winning virtual fitter and live Skype fittings. Brava depends on online business for its survival.

 

Task: Create a social media campaign to gain new customers for Brava and retain existing ones.

 

Insight: Taking photos with Instagram filters is a popular trend today. The filter is a virtual fitting room yet developed.

Solution: Launch a social media campaign called brava online fashion show lasting ten days (Nov, 20, 2020- Nov, 30, 2020). Produce brava magazine cover filters on Instagram. Users can experience the simulated brava visual fitter through the filter.

On the one hand, a variety of good-looking filters make a lot of fun. It can attract users who don't know the brand of brava to use filters, which helps expand the potential customer base. On the other hand, some users who know about brava but have not yet made a purchase can learn more about brava by participating this activity and have a desire to buy! People who have already purchased can further increase their love for brava and brand loyalty.

There are three filters to choose from. The first type only needs to show your head, for some shy beauties. Don't worry, we will make different body model filters to suit different body shapes. Second, you can try on lingeries directly in virtual Fitter filters. Third, we welcome to take photos directly wearing your own lingerie, preferably from brava.

  • Find the 'BRAVA MAGAZINE' filters on the instagram camera

  • Choose your favorite one or more filters and enjoy your simulation visual fitting room

We will carry out this event from November 20 to November 30, 2020. Black Friday ( Nov 27)  during this period, when people have a higher desire to purchase.

According to the latest report in 2020, people get the highest level of enagement on Instagram on Wednesday. Wednesday and Thursday are the best days to post on Instagram. The best time to post during lunch (11am-1pm) and after get off work (7pm-9pm). So on 12am Wednesday, Nov 18th  and 8pm Thursday, Nov 19th , we can have some warm up posts.
